Who is IC GYO?
IC Real Estate was established on December 26, 2023, to transfer the experience, knowledge, and resources accumulated by IC Holding and its group companies, active for over 50 years in construction, tourism, infrastructure, industry, and energy, into the real estate sector.
Following the Capital Markets Board approval on May 21, 2025, the Company was transformed into a Real Estate Investment Company (REIC) and has been operating as IC Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (IC GYO) since July 11, 2025.
IC GYO follows an investment strategy built on sustainable growth. The Company’s primary aim is to create optimal added value for investors by steadily and sustainably growing its portfolio and revenues through domestic and international investments.
Generating regular income through its prestigious portfolio, IC GYO conducts its activities in line with the management philosophy, quality standards, and sustainability approach of IC Holding.
The Company prioritizes contributing to social development, creating economic value, and supporting the industry, while aiming to provide shareholders with sustainable dividend income and long-term capital appreciation through dynamic portfolio management.
