The plot of land located in Aksu, Antalya, which has an area of 6,130 m², is advantageously located due to its proximity to the sea and being in a region where development is progressing.
A residential project is planned to be developed on the land for IC Hotels, the management company of the Antalya hotels in the portfolio. IC GYO will lease the Project to IC Hotels for meeting the accommodation needs of their employees. The concept architectural design studies have been completed for the Project and efforts to obtain legal permits are ongoing
