Following evaluations, candidates who receive positive feedback are extended job offers by our Human Resources department, and the employment onboarding process is initiated.
To facilitate the quick adaptation of our new colleagues to the work routine and operations, we organize an orientation program on their first day. Our program includes job training provided by the relevant Manager, in addition to the Human Resources orientation.
